BS EN 1090 Certification
With a combined experience of over 30 years in the Structural Steel and Management Systems industries, we have the relevant knowledge and expertise to guide you through the complicated process of certification with as little disruption to your day-to-day business as possible. Our streamlined process allows us to offer full certification within 4-6 weeks, ensuring you achieve compliance quickly and efficiently.

Our 5-Step Route to Certification:

- Welding Quality Management System – implemented to BS EN ISO 3834 standards
- Approved RWC Training – meet the Responsible Welding Coordinator requirement
- Welder Codings – WPQRs to BS EN ISO 15614 and welder qualifications to ISO 9606
- Final Audit & Certification – completed by a UKAS-accredited Notified Body

Responsible Welding Coordinator Training (Approved by Notified Bodies)
Our two-day Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC) training course, approved by UKAS Notified Bodies, runs monthly and can also be delivered onsite for multiple delegates.
This essential course supports compliance with BS EN ISO 14731:2006, which outlines the roles and responsibilities of welding coordination personnel involved in planning, executing, and supervising welding activities. It also covers quality assurance, job specifications, and the management of production processes to ensure welded joints are safe, reliable, and compliant.

Guaranteed Certification Package (4–6 Weeks)
Our EN 1090 consultancy service was developed to help all sizes of structural steel fabricators meet the complex demands of BS EN 1090 UKCA/CE Marking. Since July 2014, structural components must be certified for compliance — and since January 2021, the UKCA mark is now mandatory in Great Britain (with UKNI required in Northern Ireland for relevant work).
Our Guaranteed Pass Package offers full certification within 4–6 weeks. We manage the entire process, from documentation to liaison with Notified Bodies, so you can stay focused on running your business, while we handle the compliance.
Full Turn Key Package
We offer a ‘full turn-key package’ where you will be assigned an ISO Lead Auditor Qualified personal Consultant who will write the essential Factory Production Control Manual (in line with BS EN 1090-2) and your Welding Quality Management System (in line with ISO 3834) for you and provide all the documentation you will require.
Your consultant will help you implement the procedures with regular visits to your works and be on hand to answer any questions you may have, they will also liaise with your chosen Notified Body to ensure your audit goes smoothly and can even be present on the day of your audit if required. This gives you everything you need to become fully UKCA/CE certificated!
